This privacy policy explains how Richard Knight UK (the “site”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information about visitors. The site is GDPR (EU) and Thai PDPA compliant.

1. What we collect

We collect only information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, and any message content you submit through our forms (newsletter signup, contact form, guide download, AI chat, consultation booking).

We use anonymous analytics (Plausible) which respects Do Not Track and does not use cookies.

2. How we use it

To respond to your enquiry. To send the newsletter you subscribed to. To deliver the guide you requested. To follow up on a booked consultation. Nothing else.

3. Where it goes

Form submissions are routed to Pipedrive (Richard's CRM) and ConvertKit (newsletter platform). AI chat transcripts are stored for editorial improvement, with personally identifiable information scrubbed before storage. We never sell your data and never share it with third parties beyond the tools listed above.

4. Your rights

You can request a copy of any data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email richard@businessclassasia.com and we will respond within 30 days.

5. Cookies

This site uses minimal cookies: a session cookie for the AI assistant, a preference cookie for theme + language, and consent-gated retargeting cookies (only loaded after you accept).
